The Nepalise government have officially declared 2020 to be Visit Nepal year and President Bidya Devi Bhandari officially launched Visit Nepal 2020 at the start of the New Year with the inauguration in Kathmandu. The Visit Nepal 2020 campaign has the aim of attracting 2m tourists to Nepal, with an average spend of $75 per day, both significant increases on current levels. As well as numerous special events there will be important commitments made to improving sustainable tourism in Nepal for may years to come. We'll keep you informed
